Contacting the Practice
Your first contact should be by telephone to discuss what it is that you need help with. Further discussion may be necessary, in which case you can visit the practice for a free consultation, without any obligation to commit to therapy. Our discussions will be about the suitability of hypnotherapy for dealing with your problems, and which type of therapy would be best for you. There will also be a full explanation of what you can expect to gain from therapy.
